The Story
Archy Learning is a platform for teachers to share their skills and teach students online.
Archy aims to revolutionise the online learning experience by providing teachers, experts and influencers with an amazing platform to build out their school and connect with their audience.
The Project
Transform Website to Subscription Model
The Archy Learning team had a crystal clear vision for how the platform should look and function, this made it a breeze to align with our team and plan out the development of the project.
We worked in an agile methodology to incrementally deliver and present the planned features so that all stakeholders could review throughout the platform throughout the development process.
With large scoped projects it can be easy to focus on the wrong priorities, however, operating with an agile methodology allows everyone to on track and focus on delivering the highest value items first.
Over the span of 12 months we went from a basic prototype, through a beta stage and into a fully functioning platform which met all of the requirements for the Archy Team.

The Result
Archy Learning was officially launched in March 2021, the platform is off to a great start and has an exciting roadmap of new features which lay ahead for 2021.
We are currently engaged with Archy Learning as part of our Managed Agile Teams (MAT) service where we are focusing on maintaining the platform and building out new features.
